History
Since 1983, Pemraj Industries has focused on precision manufacturing and on building the processes, technical knowledge, and customer relationships required to serve demanding industrial applications.
Over time, our manufacturing capabilities have developed to include CNC turning, CNC multi-spindle turn-mill machining, Swiss-type sliding-headstock machining, VMC machining and supporting in-house processes. Investment in machining and measurement technology reflects our commitment to improving process capability and supporting increasingly demanding component requirements. Our history is a continuing journey of learning, strengthening quality practices, developing people, and responding to evolving customer needs.
Engineering Excellence from Pune to the World
Based in Pune’s industrial belt, we have built our capabilities around CNC turning, CNC multi-tasking milling and precision machining. Over the years, we have continuously invested in manufacturing equipment and technologies to expand our capabilities and meet increasingly demanding customer requirements. Our components are used in critical applications across industries such as defence, hydraulics, automotive and electronics. We work with OEMs as well as lower-tier manufacturers located across international markets. Our role extends beyond simply manufacturing components—we aim to become a dependable part of our customers’ supply chains by ensuring that quality components reach them on time and in full.

The Beginning of Our Journey
Started with a vision to supply quality, critical machined components to customers. Our journey began with our first single-spindle automatic lathe in a small garage.
First MNC Customer
Established our supply relationship with Amphenol, marking an important step in our journey toward serving global manufacturing customers.
Expansion into New Industries
Began supplying multinational customers in the hydraulics and automotive industries, broadening our customer base and manufacturing experience.
A New Manufacturing Facility
Acquired 40,000 sq. ft. of land and moved into our current self-owned 10,000 sq. ft. facility at Nanded Phata, Pune, establishing a stronger foundation for future growth.
Entry into CNC Machining
Acquired our first CNC machine, manufactured by Galaxy Automation, marking a significant advancement in our machining capabilities.
Scaling Up CNC Capacity
Expanded our CNC machining capabilities with the acquisition of 25 new CNC machines from reputed manufacturers, including LMW and Jyoti CNC.
Advanced Turn-Mill Technology
Acquired our first turn-mill machine from world-renowned manufacturer DMG MORI, expanding our ability to perform complex machining operations.
ISO 9001 Certification
Achieved ISO 9001 certification, strengthening our commitment to quality management and consistent manufacturing processes.
Entry into International Markets
Successfully passed critical customer audits and began supplying export customers in the United Kingdom.
Growing Our Global Footprint
Increased export sales and expanded our international customer base to include markets such as the USA and Germany.
Precision Swiss Turning
Acquired our first 20 mm bar-capacity CNC Swiss turning machine from Tsugami, entering a new chapter in precision component manufacturing.
Expanding Swiss Turning Capabilities
Added six new CNC Swiss turning machines, including advanced equipment from reputed manufacturer Tornos, to strengthen our precision machining capacity.
A New Era of Multi-Spindle Machining
Acquired our first CNC multi-spindle, multi-turret machine from Nakamura-Tome, taking our advanced manufacturing capabilities to the next level.
